> Zend.org will be a new PHP community site targeting the needs 
> of developers and architects building PHP applications for 
> business use (i.e. "Enterprise PHP"). The site will include 
> news, articles, discussion forums, reviews, case studies, 
> tech talks, code gallery, and jobs.

> The Editor-in-Chief is a key role responsible for all content 
> that goes through the Zend.org site.  This person will edit 
> the content for technical correctness, handle daily news, 
> interview the community, find authors, and visibly 
> participate in the community.  The primary responsibilities 
> for this person are managing the editorial calendar and 
> pipeline, setting the editorial direction (in terms of topics 
> and focus), and making sure there is both a constant flow of 
> content and a backlog of new content for the coming
> 2-3 months.

> CAPABILITIES AND QUALITIES
