I've got a Sr. PHP Dev role, but at a jr/mid-level salary of 65k.  I know
that stinks, but the good part/s is: 

It's mostly telecommute with on-site as needed/requested + you'd get a 15k
bonus after 12 months.  Would anyone be interested in such a job?  It's NYC
based.  It's also adult-oriented if that's a plus for you.  =)  Benefits and
other perks included as well.
