Just a very brief note to introduce my company and myself to the group....    Addison Search is a mid-sized staffing firm, with 8 offices and approx. $85 mill in revenue, supporting clients throughout the NY/NJ metro area in various industries (consumer goods, digital media, ecommerce, entertainment and financial services for example)

Our candidates are seasoned, and able to make an immediate impact; some backgrounds include: help desk, infrastructure, architecture, project / program management, business analysis and application development including Android / iPhone / iPad, open source and other web-based technlogies.

You do have many options in recruiting talent, and some of you might not consider a staffing vendor at first glance.
