[joomla] Link on Menu Manager to a Module?

David, I'm not really sure if I understand what you want to accomplish.

If you have some custom HTML PAGE, it's best practice to have a menu item
pointing to a wrapper that will load the custom HTML page you want to
display.

Also, Joomla is very flexible nowadays with regular HTML. You can simply
create an article and paste all there is between the <BODY> tag, using the
HTML editor.
